Terms and Conditions of Umugozi.com 

Umuguzi.com is a business directory  belongs to Online Dealers, official Company Registed in RDB Rwanda with Registration Cerficate number 120161135.

1. Scope of the General Term of Conditions (GTC).

The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to the entire Umuguzi.com website and the services it contains.

2. Establishment of a usage relationship or a relationship similar to a contract

2.1 The owners of this website operate a business and company directory with Corpolist.com, which makes information, addresses, descriptive texts and telephone numbers for certain company entries publicly available on the Internet.

2.2 The following general terms and conditions and terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") of the operators of Corpolist apply to all services on the Internet portal www.corpolist.com . The operator reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions if legal changes make this necessary.

2.3 The terms and conditions described here are valid from 03/04/2022.

3. Obligations of the Listing Holder

The customer must truthfully provide all information that must be provided to Corpolist.com. If the customer does not meet his obligation to provide truthful information, Corpolist.com is entitled to delete the registration without further explanation.

Minors may only use the services of this portal with the consent of one of their parents. Services, the use of which requires registration, may only be used by official registered company represented by natural persons with unrestricted legal capacity who have reached the age of eighteen (in number: 18).

The customer is obliged to keep the company entry (free entry or premium entry) permanently up to date and thus assumes all liability claims of third parties and thus exempts Corpolist.com.

4. Content of the User Agreement

By using the services of Corpolist.com, the user agrees to the validity of the terms and conditions without contradiction. The usage relationship between the user or customer is established for the duration of use. In order to create company profiles or advertisements, the customer must first register. Corpolist.com reserves the right to reject and, if necessary, delete registrations without justification. The customer has no right to registration and inclusion in the company directory. The customer is obliged to provide all information truthfully and to keep it up to date at all times.

5. Special Conditions for Premium Customers

5.1 Hits: Corpolist.com does not guarantee the number of hits. These depend on the choice of category, location and the design of the customer (upload of graphics / text).

5.2 Lawfulness: The customer is liable for all content that he himself influences and presents in the premium ad - even in the case of illegal publication. Corpolist.com only checks premium entries on a random basis and can therefore not be held liable.

6. Term, Renewal and Termination for Premium Accounts

6.1 The contract begins with the confirmation of the user entry by Corpolist.com. The contract period is 3 (free of charges), 6 or 12 months depending on the premium package selected.

6.2. By registration and choosing the free period of 3 months, the customer accepts by the end of 3 months the extension to a starter abonnement of 6 months and payment of this abonnement.

6.3.  The notice period for the contract is 3 months before the end of the expiry period of the advertisement. Termination for good cause remains unaffected. An important reason would be, for example, the failure to pay for the premium ad, or if a return debit occurs on behalf of the customer.

If the contract is not terminated in good time 3 months before the end of the advertisement period, the contract will be extended by the period of the previous selected advertisement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 By using the search function on Corpolist.com, no contractual relationship arises between the user and the provider of the Internet portal. The user is not entitled to the availability of the services from the operators of the Corpolist.com website. The user is granted a limited right of use to search for and display information on company entries for their own use. Any further use of the information provided is not permitted.

7.2 The user undertakes not to publish any illegal or pornographic content and not to violate trademark rights and/or copyrights of third parties. By submitting the input form for uploading the company profile to be created, the user assigns all rights to the content of the profile to Corpolist.com. In addition, the user agrees that his superscript profile entries may be reproduced and published on other websites.

8. Advertising

By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional emails or informational emails from us regarding his company listing or for premium accounts.
